Loudoun Liberty Travel Softball was created in the fall of 2015 by Western Loudoun Girls Softball League (WLGSL), as an outgrowth of the recreational fastpitch softball league. The program was started out of the desire for players to advance to the next level and potentially on to collegiate play while maintaining connections to WLGSL.

Loudoun Liberty currently has six teams from the 8U - 14U age groups.
